Espinosa Concrete, Inc. is a family-owned concrete contractor working across Miami-Dade and Broward County. Ylin Espinosa has been pouring concrete for 21 years, and the business is built on the same crew doing the same work, job after job, in the same neighbourhoods.
We do one trade. Driveways, patios and pool decks, stamped and decorative finishes, spray deck and cool deck, artificial grass, and the pressure washing and painting that goes around them. That focus is deliberate — concrete gives you exactly one chance to get a pour right, and the difference between a slab that lasts and one that cracks is almost always in the preparation nobody photographs.
So we spend our time on grade, compaction, forms and joint layout, and we use the mix that suits South Florida rather than the cheapest one available. Then we clean up and walk the finished job with you before we call it done.
We work in English and Spanish. Whichever you are more comfortable in, that is the one we will use.
